MILIUS
EXCLUSIVE CHAPTER FOR LUISA VIA ROMA

CONCENTRATION

A CLOSED SERIES CONCEIVED AS A SINGULAR COLLABORATION.

THIS CHAPTER OF MILIUS WAS CONCEIVED AS A DEDICATED COLLABORATION WITH LUISA VIA ROMA.
DEVELOPED AS A CLOSED EDITION, CONCENTRATION DOES NOT EXTEND THE MAIN ACTS; IT COMPRESSES THEM. IT TAKES THE LANGUAGE OF EMERGENCE, TRANSITION, AND CONSEQUENCE, AND SUBJECTS IT TO REDUCTION UNTIL ONLY THE NECESSARY REMAINS: FORM, MATERIAL, AND A DECISION THAT CANNOT BE DECORATIVE.
THE WORKS ARE HELD IN SEMI-SHADOW BY DESIGN. THEY ARE NOT PRESENTED AS A FULL REVEAL, BUT AS A GRADUAL ACQUISITION OF CLARITY: A CURATORIAL MODE OF DISCOVERY WHERE RARITY IS NOT A MARKETING DEVICE, BUT A STRUCTURAL CONDITION. EACH PIECE FUNCTIONS AS A CONDENSED STATEMENT WITHIN THE MILIUS CORPUS: QUIET, CONTROLLED, AND PRECISE.
CONCENTRATION DOES NOT PROPOSE VARIATION.
IT PROPOSES FOCUS.
NOTHING HERE IS EXTRA.
EVERYTHING HERE IS PLACED.
