DETAILS

MILIUS COLLECTION

ACT 5 – CONCENTRATION – conceived as an exclusive chapter for Luisa Via Roma
PIECE  2
INTERSECTION

Ring (sculptural-object), mode – jewellery design

2015–2016, Florence, Italy

Author: Milan Stamenovic

Limited edition – closed chapter

Materials

The INTERSECTION is structured in brass and articulated through a black varnish finish.

This material state is paired with tiger’s eye semi-precious stones, selected as an integral component of the finish rather than a decorative variation.

Material, surface, and stone operate as a unified formal condition, reinforcing the sculptural intent and controlled material language of the MILIUS collection.

Availability

Realised as part of the “MILIUS — Luisa Via Roma” exclusive chapter, “CONCENTRATION” was executed as a closed edition.

The series is now complete and fully placed within private collections.

This iteration of INTERSECTION introduces the cross as a structural and spatial device rather than a symbolic reference.

The form extends outward from the body in four directions, establishing equilibrium through opposition and measured repetition.

Rather than ornamenting the hand, the ring asserts itself as a constructed axis — a point where gesture, resistance, and balance converge.

Authored by Milan Stamenovic, the piece belongs to a closed chapter developed exclusively for Luisa Via Roma, functioning as a concentrated articulation within the wider MILIUS corpus. Its language is reduced, deliberate, and resolved.
