The Scar That Shines treats damage as structural enrichment. The polished element embedded within the composition does not conceal fracture; it illuminates it. The scar becomes the site of emphasis.
Rather than repair, the piece performs acknowledgment. It proposes that resilience is not smoothness, but the capacity to incorporate rupture without erasure.
In Act 3, this work stands as a declaration: transformation does not eliminate injury — it recontextualizes it as a source of strength and visibility.
