Materials
The PAIR earrings are structured in brass and articulated through gold galvanisation.
This material state is paired with black semi-precious stones, selected as an integral component of the finish rather than a decorative option.
As with all works within MILIUS, material, surface treatment, and stone operate as a unified formal condition, reinforcing the sculptural intent and controlled material language of the collection.
Availability
Realised as part of the “MILIUS — Luisa Via Roma” exclusive chapter, “CONCENTRATION” was executed as a closed edition.
The series is now complete and fully placed within private collections.
This iteration of PAIR translates the logic of reduction and balance into a vertical register.
The earrings articulate the body through suspension, allowing gravity to become an active component of form. Movement is restrained, measured, and intentional, emphasizing weight rather than ornament.
Rather than framing the face, the pieces extend downward as constructed lines of tension, situating the body as a point of origin rather than display.
