MILIUS

MILIUS unfolds as a sequence of sculptural forms conceived for the body.
Developed in a series of acts by the artist Milan Stamenovic, the collection examines form not as ornament, but as a condition of presence — shaped by movement, tension, and duration.
Each piece originates from a sculptural logic rather than a decorative impulse. Materials are treated as structural forces; gestures are reduced to essential actions. Across its acts, MILIUS investigates how objects inhabit the body over time, resisting trends and refusing stylistic closure.
Conceived as an artist-led practice, the collection positions jewelry within a broader sculptural and architectural discourse — where form is not worn, but sustained.
MILIUS is developed as a sequence of limited sculptural editions. Each piece is produced in intentionally restricted quantities, determined by material specificity, technical complexity, and the integrity of the sculptural process.
Variations in finish, metal, or surface treatment are considered distinct realizations rather than reproductions. Availability may change over time, and certain works may remain unique or permanently unavailable once completed.
The collection does not operate on replenishment or seasonal renewal. Instead, it exists as a closed yet evolving body of work, where scarcity is not imposed, but inherent to its making.
MILIUS concludes where reduction becomes clarity.
After tension, accumulation, and structural complexity, the collection resolves into essential form. What remains is not absence, but precision — a recognition that the smallest gesture may carry the greatest weight.
The final works do not seek culmination through excess. Instead, they affirm restraint as an active force, and simplicity as a rigorous decision. Nothing here is secondary. Nothing is incidental.
In MILIUS, form persists not because it is monumental, but because it is necessary.
