The Inaugural Stillness introduces the collection with restraint and clarity. A non-ticking watch mechanism rests as a symbolic core — time rendered inert, yet charged with presence. Decorative elements appear restrained, almost tentative, as if memory itself is learning how to surface.

The piece evokes a personal honour rather than a public medal: a quiet recognition granted inwardly. Worn close to the body, it functions as an intimate marker of awareness — the first moment when time ceases to pass unnoticed.
